Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants. Conduct daily or weekly sales meetings to review performance, share product knowledge, and role-play overcoming objections. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Target Achievement & Forecasting: Set aggressive yet realistic sales goals for individual team members and monitor daily walk-ins, test-drive conversions, and bookings. [1, 2]
- Sales Floor Operations: Ensure customers are greeted promptly, qualify their needs, and assist team members with difficult negotiations or closing deals. [1, 2]
- Lead Management: Drive the utilization of CRM and DMS platforms to track prospects, ensure timely follow-ups, and log customer data. [1, 2]
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the finance, insurance, exchange (True Value), and accessories departments to facilitate smooth vehicle deliveries. [1, 2]

Essential Requirements

- Experience:



Typically 3 to 5+ years of successful automobile sales experience, with prior supervisory or team-handling experience preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
