Role & responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end implementation, development, and configuration of BMC Helix ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and Service Request Management.
- Design and develop custom applications, forms, workflows, and automations using BMC AR System (Developer Studio).
- Manage BMC Helix SaaS environments, including upgrade planning, testing, validation, and post-upgrade support.
- Develop and maintain service catalogs, workflows, and applications using Digital Workplace (DWP), DWP Catalog, and Helix Innovation Studio.
- Administer and maintain Atrium CMDB, including normalization, reconciliation, and Common Data Model (CDM) management.
- Develop and support integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Atrium Integrator (Spoon).
- Configure and support Smart IT, Helix Dashboards, and related Helix platform components.
- Perform troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality BMC Helix solutions.
- Participate in SaaS release management activities,



including automated and manual validation for monthly and quarterly Helix updates.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-8 years of experience in BMC Helix/Remedy development and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM, ARS (v9.x or later), and Helix Innovation Suite.
- Expertise in Developer Studio, custom workflow development, forms, filters, active links, and application customization.
- Experience with Digital Workplace (DWP), DWP Advanced, DWP Catalog, Smart IT, and Helix Dashboards.
- Solid knowledge of Atrium CMDB, including normalization, reconciliation, and Common Data Model (CDM).
- Hands-on experience integrating BMC Helix with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Atrium Integrator/Spoon.
- Experience managing BMC Helix SaaS environments, including upgrade testing and post-upgrade validation.
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
- Exposure to BMC Discovery, Telecom domain, Agile methodologies, or test automation frameworks is an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
