Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition qualified to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles and support business hiring needs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Prior experience in BFSI, Insurance, or NBFC sectors preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated execution excellence and result orientation.
