Role Summary: Design, configure, develop, and support Oracle Siebel CRM applications with expertise in Siebel Configuration and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).

Key Skills:

- Siebel Tools Configuration
- Business Components (BC), Applets, Views
- Siebel Workflows
- Siebel EAI
- Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- XML, XSD
- eScript / Siebel VB
- Oracle SQL / PL SQL
- Data Migration & Integration

Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize Siebel CRM applications.
- Develop and support EAI integrations with external systems.
- Create workflows, business services, and scripts.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and support activities.
