Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow tools.
- Develop custom scripts using Python or other programming languages to integrate external systems with ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical support to end-users.

Job Requirements :

- Experienced ServiceNow Developer with approximately 2-3 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and FSM. Skilled in Service Portal development, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, scripting, ACLs, Service Catalog, and platform customization. Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and ReactJS, with a robust focus on automation, process optimization, and delivering scalable business solutions.
