Job Title: Product Manager

Role Description

- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Experience collaborating closely with UX/Experience Design teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile (SAFe framework preferred).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Product backlog management and prioritization
- Design creation and review process
- PI Planning sessions

- Banking domain experience of 2 3 years is preferred, ideally in:

- Commercial Banking
- Corporate Banking
- Business Banking
- SME Banking

- Domain knowledge in KYC, AML, Customer Onboarding, or Trade Finance is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Product Launch, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Product Adoption is good to have.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
