The Clinical Care Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting high-quality patient care by leveraging data to drive clinical and operational excellence. This position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex clinical data to identify outcomes that support the delivery of care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered. As a key contributor to the Patient Care Services team, the Clinical Care Analyst designs and implements computerized data collection systems, performs data trending, and provides in-depth interpretation and analysis of nursing and clinical processes. Based on these analyses, the Analyst recommends process improvements and structural changes that enhance patient outcomes and overall healthcare delivery.

- Analyze and interpret complex clinical data to support outcomes that maximize high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Design and implement computerized data collection systems and dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Perform data trending and in-depth interpretation of nursing and clinical processes.
- Recommend process or structural improvements based on clinical data analysis.
- Maintain and improve Clinical and Patient Care Services scorecards.




- Prepare written reports and analyses related to nursing performance and clinical practice issues.
- Provide technical support for the development and management of selected clinical databases.
- Ensure proper documentation and database maintenance aligned with data governance protocols.

- Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology. Diploma in Nursing (GNM), Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology. B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Minimum Previous Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical-oriented environment. Freshers also welcome.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office 2000 or later).
- Good typing skills with a speed of 30 35 WPM.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfort working with large volumes of clinical and operational data.

- Work from office is mandatory.
- Ready to relocate before start date.
