Key Accountabilities

1. Sales Objectives as per Strategy

- Ensure the order book is in line with the sales budget/forecast.
- Prepare the budget and strategy for assigned customers.
- Analyze AR on a regular basis and intervene for payments on a case-to-case basis.
- Prepare a monthly collection plan for assigned customers.
- Review monthly schedules with the Plant Customer Service Team/SCM.
- Identify market trends for the automotive business (IHS & SIAM) and prepare action plans accordingly.
- Survey consumer needs and trends.
- Oversee the company warehouses in the region.

2. New Business and Margin Management

- Achieve new business wins in line with the sales strategy/targets.
- Win conquest business as per targets.
- Study SBI products and win projects accordingly.
- Follow up with the Engineering Team for on-time development and safe launch of new parts.
- Track competitor growth plans and activities.
- Recover inflation and raw material costs as per the strategy.




- Implement MSA for assigned customers.
- Follow up and achieve price increases with customers as per targets.
- Initiate and close commercial negotiations for new products in line with ROS targets.
- 3. Ensure Effective Customer Relationship Management

- Conduct regular customer visits and nurture relationships with customers.
- Identify recent customer opportunities.
- Follow up on customer quality concerns with the Plant QA Team.
- Follow up on customer delivery, schedule adherence, and logistics concerns with the respective Plant Team.
- Maintain and expand the customer base.

4. Develop and Manage Reportees (If Applicable)

- Prepare monthly reports.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the performance of the team.
- Ensure PDP takes place as per the corporate guidelines.
- Promote a culture of merit and fair treatment.
