Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions using SAP BW/BI, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Lead BI architecture design sessions ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data warehousing and reporting.
- Develop and maintain data models, InfoProviders, CompositeProviders, ADSOs, and Calculation Views in BW on HANA.
- Integrate data from SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems into the BI landscape.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Data Transfer Processes (DTPs), Process Chains, and DataSources.
- Develop complex reports and dashboards using SAP BO (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Lumira) and SAC.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all reporting layers.
- Implement and enforce data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align BI solutions with business processes.
- Manage BI system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements (including ECC to S/4HANA transition).

Required Skills and Qualifications:





- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 7-10 years of professional experience in BI/reporting, with strong expertise in:

SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (Webi) SAP Reporting Services

- Strong experience with data modeling, SQL, and data warehouse integration.
- Proven experience in reporting governance, performance optimization, and large-scale BI environments.
- Prior experience in banking/financial services reporting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization principles and BI best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize reporting initiatives strategically.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW/BI, BW on HANA, and SAP BW/4HANA.
- Experience in end-to-end BI project implementation, upgrade, and migration.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology for BI projects.
