Job Description:

We are lookingfor an Assistant Manager to lead and execute a large-scale data engineeringmigration project

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who canbridge strategy and execution, actively contributing to deliverables while alsomanaging timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

You will play akey role in migrating legacy data infrastructure to contemporary cloud-nativeplatforms, ensuring data quality, pipeline reliability, and delivery excellencethroughout the project lifecycle

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of the data engineering migrationproject, ensuring on-time delivery across all phases

Hands-on design, development, and optimization of data pipelinesusing Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Talend

Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and businessstakeholders to define migration scope, approach, and success criteria

Monitor project progress, identify risks,



and proactively resolvetechnical and operational blockers

Ensure data integrity, pipeline performance, and compliancestandards are met during and after migration

Mentor junior engineers and coordinate workstreams across theteam

Prepare status reports and present updates to project leads andsenior management

Drive best practices in CI/CD, data governance, and cloud dataarchitecture within the team

Skills:

Technical expertise in Azure cloud services (eg,Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse)

Hands-ondevelopment, testing, and deployment of data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflowsusing Talend, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric

ExcellentCommunication and Team Management Skills
