Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise industrial toilet renovation works as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the project team.
- Monitor quality, progress, manpower, and material usage.
- Ensure work is completed within the project schedule.
- Enforce industrial safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Prepare daily work progress and safety reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 13 years of experience in industrial renovation or maintenance projects.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and permit-to-work systems.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work at industrial project sites.

Industrial Safety Regulations

- Mandatory use of PPE (helmet, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, reflective vest, and mask).
- Follow permit-to-work and client safety procedures.
- Barricade work areas and display warning signs.
- Maintain good housekeeping and dispose of waste properly.
- Use electrical tools and equipment safely.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses immediately.
- Comply with all site safety rules and emergency procedures.
