We are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer to design, develop, and implement personalized customer journeys across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), audience segmentation, event-driven journeys, and campaign orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Configure audiences, events, offers, decisioning, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and external data sources.
- Build and optimize email, SMS, push notification, and in-app campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot journey execution issues.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver personalized customer experiences.





Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Profile, and Segmentation.
- Experience with event-based journey orchestration and campaign management.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and data integrations.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and customer engagement best practices.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Adobe Journey Optimizer and/or Adobe Experience Platform certification.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Adobe Real-Time CDP is an added advantage
