Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint administration, development, or application support within enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering SharePoint migration and upgrade projects, including migrations from SharePoint Server 2019 to SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SE) or comparable SharePoint platform upgrades.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Server architecture, components, services, content databases, authentication mechanisms, and application integrations.
- Experience migrating SharePoint applications, custom solutions, workflows, forms, permissions, and associated integrations.
- Good understanding of Windows Server environments and enterprise application hosting concepts in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
- Experience in application deployment,



setting management, release management, and change control processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience working with SQL Server, including database querying and analysis to support SharePoint application migrations.
