Position Overview

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our team and drive the development of intelligent programs, cognitive applications, and advanced algorithms for data analysis and automation. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI techniques including deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, image processing, and intelligent process automation to solve complex business problems and create transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and translate business requirements into AI algorithms, models, and programs that solve complex problems, generate actionable recommendations, extract meaningful patterns, and enable predictive capabilities
- Develop and deploy data-driven applications that interpret diverse data sources including images and audio, orchestrate automation workflows, and enable intelligent self-service capabilities
- Perform large-scale experimentation and optimization to translate raw data into actionable intelligence, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in AI-powered solutions
- Drive innovative applications of advanced AI and machine learning techniques such as deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, image processing, cognitive automation, intelligent process automation, reinforcement learning, and virtual assistants
- Research, evaluate, and optimize emerging AI technologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis while creating more efficient automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of management to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful implementation

Required Skills & Experience

- Specialist Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, data science, or related fields
- AI/ML Expertise:



Proficiency in machine learning frameworks, deep learning, and algorithm development
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in BigQuery, GitHub, API development, and scripting languages
- CI/CD & Automation: Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and automation frameworks
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work with cross-functional teams across all organizational levels
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement complex solutions

Preferred Skills & Experience

- AI-Powered Developer Platforms: Experience with AI-enabled engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, and modern developer platforms
- Cloud & Modernization: Expertise in cloud migrations, technology modernization initiatives, and cloud-native platforms
- Advanced CI/CD: Deep expertise in CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automating software delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions and AI-enabled workflows
- AI-Assisted Development: Experience leveraging AI for code generation, code review, quality analysis, and enhancing developer productivity while maintaining secure and maintainable code
- Software Engineering: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and modern application development best practices
- Container & Orchestration: Experience with containers, Kubernetes/CaaS, PCF, Linux, WebSphere,



and containerized environments
- AIPGEE Certification: Relevant AI/ML certifications or specialized training
- Agile Methodologies: Proven experience working in Agile teams with a software craftsmanship mindset
- Governance & Compliance: Knowledge of security policies, service standards, and continuous process improvement through automation
