Job Title:Service Delivery Delivery Operations Representative

Work Mode:Work From Office (5 days a week)

Shift Timings:5:00 PM 2:30 AM IST (Evening/Night Shift)

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, B.B.A, or equivalent)
- Candidates should have completed graduation with no active academic arrears.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Delivery – Delivery Operations Representative to support membership, claims, and healthcare-related business processes. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Process membership and healthcare claims transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
- Review, validate, and update customer information in internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Draft and respond to emails professionally with clear and accurate communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling customer information.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support process improvements when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A,



B.B.A, or equivalent).
- Must be based in Chennai and reside within the transport boundary for the CDC5 office.
- Willing to work from the office five days a week.
- Must have a reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection at home.
- No current academic arrears.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong reading comprehension and understanding skills.
- Excellent email drafting and skilled communication abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in rotational or fixed evening/night shifts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in healthcare, membership processing, claims processing, or back-office operations is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

- Candidates must be comfortable working in the 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST shift.
- Must be willing to comply with company attendance, quality, and performance standards.
- Should demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.
