IC3 Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Define project program scope partner with engineering leadership to build detailed execution plans and own end-to-end program delivery-including scheduling risk management status reporting and quality assurance Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to elicit requirements clarify objectives and translate strategic goals into actionable plans Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering operations finance and product management teams across geographies Proactively identify roadblocks negotiate priorities and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track Prepare and deliver regular updates executive communications and detailed program artifacts keeping stakeholders informed at all levels Measure and report on program success metrics identify opportunities for optimization and champion operational excellence initiatives Use your strong analytical problem-solving and business acumen to support informed decision-making balancing technical operational and business objectives Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in program management best practices including Agile and traditional methodologies Minimum Qualifications 3 years of experience as hands-on technical program manager preferably in a related industry Bachelor s degree in Computer Sciences Software Engineering Technology Management Business Management Project Management or similar Advanced knowledge of the SDLC using agile methodologies and associated tooling Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings progress to cross-functional teams senior leadership and the broader organizations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Self-driven problem solver able to adapt and thrive in a agile and ambiguous environment Preferred Qualifications 5 years of program project management product design or related experience Master s degree in Computer Sciences Software Engineering Technology Management Business Management Project Management or similar Thorough understanding of public cloud infrastructure services such as Compute Storage Identity and Networking Demonstrated knowledge of AWS Azure or Google IaaS SaaS and PaaS services Basic understanding of AI ML Space Qualifications Career Level -
