- Senior Technician Location Punjab Jalandhar Ludhiana Amritsar Reports To Maintenance Manager Department Maintenance Operations Company Pizza Wings Role Overview As a Senior Technician you will be responsible for ensuring optimal functionality of production and kitchen equipment across the Pizza Wings plant or outlets You ll lead maintenance activities troubleshoot issues and support installations to maintain a seamless food production environment Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical mechanical and kitchen equipment e g ovens conveyors mixers refrigeration Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime Maintain logs and documentation of repairs and maintenance schedules Support installation of new equipment and setup in new outlets or plant expansions Ensure compliance with FSSAI and HACCP standards during maintenance procedures Provide training and support to junior technicians Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for spare parts and service contracts Ensure energy efficiency and cost-effective repairs in line with operational goals Qualifications ITI Diploma in Mechanical Electrical or Refrigeration Engineering 2-4years of experience in a QSR FMCG or food production plant Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment PLC systems preferred and preventive maintenance Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Willingness to travel to multiple outlet locations if needed Key Competencies Technical troubleshooting Safety and compliance adherence Communication and coordination Inventory management tools and spares Reliability and accountability Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
