Job Title Junior Accountant Company Copper Events Location Andheri West Mumbai Job Type Full time Experience Required Minimum 3 Years Salary Range 30 000 - 40 000 per month Job Overview Copper Events is looking for a smart and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience The ideal candidate should hold both Graduation and Post-Graduation in Accounting and must have strong knowledge of financial compliance including Tally GST and TDS This role requires someone who can manage end-to-end accounting operations solve problems efficiently and contribute to the financial health of the company Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records Prepare and file GST returns TDS returns and ensure statutory compliance Handle accounts payable receivable vendor payments and client invoicing Manage bank reconciliations cash flow and petty cash Generate financial reports budgets and profitability analysis Work closely with management on event-wise costing and expense monitoring Assist with internal and external audits and year-end financial closures Provide problem-solving support for financial and compliance-related matters Key Requirements Graduate post-graduate degree in Accounting Finance Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferably in Event Management Hospitality Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting tools Strong knowledge of GST TDS and financial compliance Good understanding of accounting domain knowledge and reporting Smart problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 737 58 per month Experience Accounting 3 years Required Work Location In person
