Key Responsibilities Cocktail Creation Execution Develop mix and serve creative cocktails mocktails and other beverages Innovate seasonal menus and signature drinks aligned with brand identity Maintain consistency in recipes presentation and quality Guest Engagement Service Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations Engage guests in storytelling about ingredients techniques and drink origins Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism Bar Operations Ensure cleanliness organization and compliance with health safety regulations Manage inventory stock rotation and requisition supplies Monitor bar equipment and report maintenance needs Team Collaboration Train and mentor junior bartenders or barbacks Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations Contribute to staff meetings and share beverage knowledge Qualifications Skills Proven experience as a Mixologist Bartender or Beverage Specialist in a high-volume or upscale environment Strong knowledge of spirits liqueurs bitters syrups garnishes and cocktail-making techniques Creativity and passion for innovation in beverage design Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Knowledge of bar sanitation safety and licensing requirements Certification in bartending or mixology preferred Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
