We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our finance team The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of accounting principles proficiency in accounting software like Tally Prime and the ability to work collaboratively with Chartered Accountants CAs This role involves managing financial records preparing reports and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Key Responsibilities Financial Record Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including ledgers journals and bank reconciliations Account Preparation Assist in the preparation of financial statements balance sheets and profit and loss accounts Collaboration with CAs Work closely with Chartered Accountants for auditing tax filings and compliance-related tasks Accounting Software Proficiency Utilize Tally Prime and other accounting software for data entry reporting and analysis Budgeting and Forecasting Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support business planning Compliance Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and internal policies Data Analysis Analyze financial data to identify trends discrepancies and opportunities for improvement Reporting Prepare and present financial reports to management providing insights on financial performance Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 2 years Required Tally 4 years Required total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
