The purpose of this role is to ensure the developed software meets the client requirements and the business quality standards within the project release cycle and established processes To lead technical initiatives in order to optimise the test approach and tools Must-Have Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field SkillsStrong understanding of QA methodologies manual and automated testing Experience with fullstack testing frontend backend APIs databases Proficiency in automation tools e g Selenium Cypress Playwright API testing using tools like Postman RestAssured CI CD integration for automated test execution e g Jenkins GitLab CI Experience with version control systems Git Familiarity with Agile Scrum development processes Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to write clear and concise test plans test cases and defect reports Experience in managing outsourced QA teams and coordinating across time zones Experience5 years of experience in software QA roles 2 years of experience leading QA efforts for fullstack applications Experience in test automation and DevOps-aligned QA practices Good-to-Have Qualifications Skills EducationCertifications ISTQB Certified Agile Tester or equivalent SkillsPerformance and load testing using JMeter Gatling or similar tools Security testing fundamentals e g OWASP Top 10 Experience with containerized environments Docker Kubernetes Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP for test environments Familiarity with BDD frameworks Cucumber SpecFlow Use of test management tools e g TestRail Zephyr Experience with monitoring tools e g Grafana ELK Stack for production validation ExperienceExperience in testing microservices and distributed systems Background in cross-browser and cross-platform testing Location DGS India - Pune - Kharadi EON Free Zone Brand Merkle Time Type Full time Contract Type Permanent
