Job Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 2 years of skilled experience The ideal candidate will have hands-on site visit experience strong technical skills in AutoCAD and proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering A keen eye for design the ability to create accurate Bills of Materials BOM and excellent coordination skills with contractors and external agencies are essential Key Responsibilities - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation - Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD - Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for client presentations and internal reviews - Create and manage Bills of Materials BOM for projects - Collaborate with contractors consultants and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment - Translate design concepts into practical and buildable solutions - Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations - Participate in design reviews and contribute creative ideas Required Skills Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Architecture - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution - Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit or other 3D modeling rendering software - Strong design sensibility and creative flair - Experience in site supervision and project coordination - Ability to prepare and manage BOMs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities Preferred Skills - Knowledge of sustainable design practices - Familiarity with project management tools - Experience working on residential commercial or mixed-use projects Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off
