Job Summary The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the school s admission process The role involves providing accurate information about the school s programs curriculum facilities and policies as well as ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all applicants Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students through phone email and in-person meetings Provide detailed information about admission criteria curriculum CBSE IG IGSEB State Board as applicable facilities co-curricular activities and fee structures Conduct campus tours and presentations for prospective families Manage the complete admission process from application to enrollment Maintain proper records of inquiries applications and admissions in the school s database Coordinate entrance tests interviews and parent orientations Support marketing and outreach activities to promote the school Follow up with parents to ensure completion of admission formalities Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements Provide feedback to management on admission trends parent expectations and competitor schools Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in any discipline Education Management Marketing preferred Prior experience in counselling sales or customer relations preferably in education sector Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and local language Good organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to work with targets and deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and admission management software Personal Attributes Pleasant and approachable personality Patient empathetic and child-friendly attitude Qualified and ethical conduct Ability to handle sensitive queries with discretion Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
