Job Summary The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt storage inventory management and dispatch of goods This role ensures smooth warehouse operations safety compliance accurate stock control and timely delivery to meet organizational and client requirements Key Responsibilities Plan organize and oversee daily warehouse operations Manage inventory levels conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies Ensure safe and productive storage and dispatch of goods Supervise warehouse staff assign duties and monitor performance Develop and enforce standard operating procedures SOPs Coordinate with procurement logistics and production teams Implement warehouse safety standards and maintain compliance Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency Track KPIs order accuracy on-time dispatch stock turnover Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and scheduling Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems WMS and MS Office Excellent organizational and leadership skills Good communication and problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Key Competencies Leadership Team Management Attention to Detail Analytical Data-driven Process Improvement Mindset Safety Compliance Orientation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
