We are looking for a Female Telecaller with experience in pharma or telecalling to handle customer inquiries generate leads and support business growth The candidate will be responsible for communicating with doctors distributors wholesalers and medical representatives to promote our products and franchise opportunities Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients doctors and distributors for pharma franchise opportunities Handle inbound calls queries and follow-ups professionally Explain company products offers and services to customers Maintain and update customer databases CRM Excel Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Coordinate with the sales marketing team to achieve targets Ensure proper follow-up and timely conversion of leads Handle basic office coordination front-desk telephonic support when required Job Type Full time Pay 9 025 38 - 13 000 00 per month Work Location In person
