We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our college s in-house design team The role involves creating engaging designs for print digital social media website and event-related needs ensuring consistency with the institution s identity and communication goals The designer will be part of a collaborative team environment and contribute to impactful visual storytelling Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and develop creative visual ideas that align with the college s brand and objectives Design a wide range of materials including brochures posters social media creatives event collaterals and website elements Ensure all designs maintain clarity creativity and brand consistency across platforms Collaborate effectively with team members understanding requirements and transforming them into compelling designs Stay updated on current design trends and integrate them into relevant projects Required Skills Qualifications Experience Minimum 6 months of professional experience in graphic design Internships alone are not sufficient but junior designers with proven skills are welcome Portfolio Applicants must share previous work samples portfolio while applying Technical Skills must-have Canva - Strong command for quick and impactful design creation Adobe Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign - Working knowledge especially for more advanced projects CorelDRAW - Basic working knowledge Creative Communication Skills Strong in concept development and ability to visualize ideas effectively Clear communication in English Hindi or both to understand and execute content Soft Skills Attention to detail adaptability creativity openness to feedback and awareness of design trends Preferred Add-on Basic video editing skills advantage not mandatory Education Bachelor s degree diploma in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field Work Mode Team Structure Work Type Full-time on-campus role Schedule Monday to Saturday Team You will be part of a collaborative design team working together on creative projects Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month
