Job Profile Project Implementation Management Lead and support the implementation of climate change mitigation and adaptation projects at regional and national scales Develop and oversee landscape restoration plans and models ensuring effective field-level execution Coordinate with partners communities and stakeholders to achieve project objectives in stipulated timeline Support development of carbon finance projects with external stakeholders Research Documentation Knowledge Products Prepare high-quality project documentation reports budget management plans Contribute to writing scientific publications policy briefs and technical papers on climate change restoration and biodiversity conservation Support development of training modules manuals and communication material for diverse audiences Contribute to policy research analysis and recommendations to strengthen frameworks on climate adaptation mitigation and ecosystem restoration Proposal Development Fundraising Conceptualize and draft project proposals in the areas of forestry including ecosystem services biodiversity assessments and carbon finance Identify and pursue new funding opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Outreach Capacity Building Organize and participate in national and international workshops conferences and stakeholder consultations Build partnerships with academic institutions research organizations and civil society groups to strengthen cooperative efforts Experience 2 - 4 Years Qualification Master-s degree or higher in Forestry- Natural Resource Management- Biodiversity Conservation- Sustainability- Environmental Management or related fields Skills - Basic understanding of terms such as Climate change- NDC- ecosystem services- biodiversity assessment- and landscape management - Strong knowledge of Indian forests- ecosystem restoration- and carbon finance mechanisms - Proven ability in project management- stakeholder engagement- and proposal writing - Excellent research- analytical- and writing skills with a track record of publications and reports Ability to work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams Well versed with MS office suite Location Delhi Please apply latest by October 5 2025
