You will manage the Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle partnering closely with HR Business Partners managers and employees across multiple regions This role is critical in ensuring compliant efficient and employee-friendly standard HR processes worldwide This role is the backbone of our global HR data accuracy and operational rigor You will independently own data-intensive HR lifecycle processes high-volume transactional HR Administration Mandatory Multi-Regional Experience Hands-on experience managing HR administrative tasks and data for at least two regions US EMEA APJ Experience in Payroll Benefits Data Management Experience with the preparation and validation of data related to regional payroll and benefits processing Experience with a major HRIS platform e g Workday SuccessFactors Prior experience with Workday is highly beneficial and will accelerate your success in this role Core Skills and Competencies Data-orientation Zero-tolerance for data errors and an ability to
