- Key Responsibilities Knowledge of Bar Bending Schedules BBS execution at site as per the Structural Design Site Monitoring Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to track progress ensure adherence to specifications and resolve on-site issues promptly Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate records of materials daily site logs progress reports and compliance documentation Regulatory Compliance Review and ensure adherence to relevant government regulations codes and ordinances Safety Quality Control Monitor and optimize safety procedures production processes and quality assurance measures to meet industry and company standards Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate effectively with consultants architects contractors and vendors ensuring smooth communication and collaboration Problem Solving Identify potential issues and present well-researched recommendations or alternative solutions Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering B E B Tech Master s Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management is an added advantage Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or construction projects preferably within institutional campus or large-scale development environments Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard civil engineering and project management software Strong knowledge of structural design principles site management practices and civil construction codes Demonstrated expertise in preparing Bar Bending Schedules BBS and tender documentation Excellent communication problem-solving and with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders Proven ability to deliver projects on time within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards Job Type Full time Pay 350 000 00 - 450 000 00 per year Work Location In person
