JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at project sites The role involves coordinating workers ensuring safety standards monitoring progress and ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and according to quality requirements Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all site activities to ensure smooth operations Allocate tasks to workers and monitor performance Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and project specifications Coordinate with project managers engineers and contractors Monitor material usage and maintain proper inventory control Inspect work progress and ensure quality standards are met Prepare and submit daily weekly site reports Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to management Ensure that tools machinery and equipment are properly maintained Foster a productive and safe work environment Job Type Full time Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
