We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Creator to support digital content development for our banking processes The ideal candidate will design and produce engaging digital assets such as infographics explainer videos UI mockups social media creatives email templates and customer education content tailored for banking products and services Key Responsibilities Create digital content to explain banking processes product features and customer journeys e g How to open an account KYC process Loan application steps Design creatives for use in mobile banking apps websites emailers SMS and push notifications Work with product and operations teams to visualize complex banking procedures in a customer-friendly format Support content needs for campaigns onboarding flows and help center articles Develop short videos animations and GIFs for social media training and digital touchpoints Collaborate with marketing compliance and UX UI teams to ensure brand consistency and regulatory accuracy Use tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite Figma etc for content creation Stay updated with design trends in fintech and digital banking Required Skills Strong skills in graphic design motion graphics or short-form video creation Ability to turn technical banking processes into easy-to-understand visuals Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects Canva Figma etc Understanding of digital platforms and customer engagement strategies Basic knowledge of banking products and services is a plus Good communication and storytelling ability Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Design Media Communication Marketing or related field Portfolio of past digital content work mandatory Prior experience in fintech banking or financial services is a plus Shift Working Conditions Standard working hours with flexibility based on campaign needs Hybrid Remote In-office based on company policy Team-oriented work with Product Ops and Marketing teams Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
