Overview Hyland Software is widely known as a great company to work for and a great company to do business with Being a leader in providing software solution for managing content processes and cases for organizations across the globe we enabled more than 20 000 organizations to digitalize their workplaces and transform their operations Currently we are looking for DevOps Engineer 3 The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the continuous integration automation and continuous deployment of applications and systems both internally and externally What you will be doing Design a continuous integration and continuous deployment platform CI CD Design solutions to automate the deployment of applications Develop and lead in the execution of best practices including providing solution architectures and strategy for adoption Design monitoring and management tools and deployment processes and tools to provide visibility with a focus on high availability Partner with respective departments to develop practical automation solutions and participate in cross functional team meetings to collaborate and ensure successful execution Operate as an innovative thought leader proactively identify and improve internal efficiencies and grow knowledge of the team Lead performance and test automation integration into the CI CD pipeline troubleshoot and resolve operational issues Assist in resolving highly complex issues arising from product upgrades installations and configurations Participate in professional associations outreach activities or appropriate educational opportunities to stay current on industry best practices and relevant technical skills Mentors influences and collaborates with other developers and across teams Provide guidance to other team members Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices including but not limited to Hyland s Information Systems Security Policy What will make you successful Minimum of 6 years experience in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field Experience with cloud solutions in AWS Azure GCP or similar Experience with configuration management tools e g Terraform Experience with DevOps and release management tools Experience with managing service container-based platforms Kubernetes Docker Experience in Linux and Windows Administration Experience with scripting tools e g Python Experience with configuration and administration of enterprise web applications Experience with continuous integration and deployment SaaS environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with cross functional teams Rapid learner highly organized and experienced in demonstrating focus to complete the highest priorities Experience working with key internal stakeholders Experience working with Alfresco Content Services or Alfresco Process Automation respectively familiar with any other Enterprise Content Management solution Certification in AWS or any other cloud provider Adeptness to effectively collaborate with employees customers and partners from diverse academic professional and cultural backgrounds Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principle duties of the job Shift Timing 8AM -
