Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our air conditioning showroom team The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right air conditioning solutions You will be responsible for driving showroom sales providing product demonstrations and ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to installation Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable air conditioning products and solutions Explain product features technical specifications and pricing Prepare quotations and follow up on leads inquiries and ongoing deals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of air conditioning systems split ducted VRF etc Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth after-sales service Maintain a clean organized and skilled showroom environment Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally Update and maintain sales records in CRM or internal systems Requirements Experience Minimum 1-3 years in retail or showroom sales preferably in HVAC electronics or appliance sectors Education Degree in Sales Marketing or High school diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and their applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven self-motivated and goal-oriented Proficiency in MS Office experience with CRM software is a plus Preferred Skills Technical knowledge of HVAC split products is a plus Experience in B2B sales or dealing with contractors builders optional Job Type Full-time Pay 15 500 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
