Type Full-Time Contract Position Overview We are looking for a Fire Project Supervisor to oversee fire safety installations project planning and execution of fire protection systems for our ongoing projects The Fire Project Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of fire safety on construction industrial or commercial projects ensuring compliance with relevant regulations budgets and timelines You will lead a team of fire safety technicians and subcontractors ensuring the highest standards of fire safety installation and management are met at all stages of the project This is a leadership role that demands strong project management skills extensive fire safety knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams clients and contractors Key Responsibilities Project Management Oversee the day-to-day fire safety operations on the project site ensuring that all fire protection systems sprinklers alarms extinguishers suppression systems are installed and functioning properly Ensure the project is completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards Develop and manage project timelines resources and budgets to ensure efficient execution Monitor project progress and report any delays or challenges to the Project Manager PPE s will be checked in morning Full day scheduled will be assign to each team members with location Team Leadership Coordination Lead and supervise a team of fire safety technicians contractors and subcontractors ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to project specifications Ensure all personnel are trained on fire safety protocols installation procedures and equipment handling Assign tasks manage workload and provide guidance to fire safety teams to ensure the successful completion of project milestones Foster a positive collaborative work environment and ensure that team members follow all site safety regulations and procedures Site Inspections Safety Compliance Maintain detailed records of inspections testing activities daily Coordination with Clients Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring that fire safety requirements are understood and met throughout the project Liaise with architects engineers and other stakeholders to integrate fire safety systems into the overall design and construction plans Provide regular updates to clients and management regarding the status of fire safety installations If any task is given by client on top priority it should get completed Same information to be informed to Aditi HO Complete work schedule to be documented Documentation Reporting Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans drawings compliance certificates and inspection logs Prepare regular regulatory bodies Work Permit open closure procedure to completed on day to day practice Post-Installation Inspections Handover Conduct post-installation inspections and ensure that all fire protection systems are fully operational and meet all safety standards Lead final testing and commissioning of fire systems ensuring they are functioning properly before project handover Ensure that all necessary certificates and approvals are obtained for fire safety systems and provided to the client at project completion Hydraulic Pressure test report to be prepared signed by client after satisfactory reports Key Skills Qualifications Fire Safety Expertise Deep knowledge of fire safety systems fire protection technologies and relevant fire codes and regulations e g NFPA OSHA local fire safety standards Project Management Proven experience in managing fire safety projects from initiation to completion including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation Leadership Skills Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising teams and contractors Attention to Detail Excellent attention to detail ensuring that fire safety systems are installed and maintained according to specifications Problem-Solving Robust ability to identify issues on-site and implement effective solutions particularly under pressure Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal system installation and project management Proven experience in supervising teams and coordinating large-scale fire safety installations on construction sites or large projects Desirable Experience
