Collect and manage daily weekly and monthly timesheets Accurately calculate bonuses allowances and statutory deductions Manage statutory compliances including PF ESIC Ensure all legal compliances related to HR and payroll are met Process monthly payroll using relevant payroll software Salary Process Schedule bank transfers or distribute paychecks manually as required Distribute salary slips and maintain proper records of payment acknowledgements Maintain and report payroll expenses in coordination with the accounts team Ensure all payroll processes are compliant with current tax and wage regulations Maintain accurate employee records including bank details PAN and other statutory information Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
