Job Summary We are looking for a confident and professional Receptionist with solid telecalling skills to join our team The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will also handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries appointment bookings and follow-ups Candidates with prior experience in telecalling client handling and front office operations will be preferred Key Responsibilities Greet and attend to visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner Handle incoming phone calls and redirect them to concerned departments Make outbound calls for follow-ups client reminders and promotional purposes Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and maintaining records Maintain visitor logs and client database Respond to customer queries via phone email or in-person Assist in administrative support tasks as required Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and operations Key Requirements Proven work experience as a receptionist or telecaller Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hindi English Confident polite and customer-service oriented Basic computer knowledge MS Office emails CRM software Ability to multitask and handle pressure Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills Education Experience Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate 1-3 years of experience in reception or telecalling roles Job Type Full-time Pay From 18 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
