Job profile - Quality Assurance Test Lead - Automation API Testing Location - Bangalore Job Type and Work Profile -Permanent Full Time Work Profile- Hybrid Years of Experience - 8 Years About the role Responsible for Design develop and maintain automated test frameworks scripts and test cases for various software applications and systems Collaborate with software developers to understand functional and non-functional requirements identify testable scenarios and create comprehensive test plans Execute automated tests suites across different environments including but not limited to development staging and production Key Responsibilities Proven experience in automated testing including hands-on experience with industry-standard testing tools and frameworks e g Selenium JUnit TestNG Single handedly build the framework on Selenium using either Java Python Proficient in API automation where API s can talk to each other take the inputs from one API and feed the same to other API Manage and own End to End sanity Test environments readiness during SFT UAT and should be able to own this activity Able to technically Lead Large testing teams which are part of a Portfolio Program Should be well versed with Latest tools and technologies available in the market on Automation front Proficiency in various programming languages such as Python Java Golang Javascript for developing and maintaining automated test scripts Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is highly desirable not mandatory but very desired Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and testing concepts test planning test design test execution test reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and diagnose software defects Good understanding on SAFe can be an added advantage Problem solving during critical times should be ingrained along with technical ability to resolve any kind of issues during End to End testing Fully aware of the Test planning activities at each phase of testing cycle Should have experience in testing applications API s which are hosted in any of the cloud Containerization and VM env s Analyze test results identify defects and report issues to the development team for timely resolution Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process identifying areas for automation and optimization Work closely with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the software development lifecycle Stay up to date with the latest advancements in automated testing tools technologies and best practices Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive test automation framework Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to software quality and propose mitigation strategies Technology skills Mandatory Selenium TestNG Java Python Performance testing Required qualifications to be successful in this role Bachelor s degree in computer science engineering or related field Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and collaboration skills What we offer Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive and inclusive work workplace Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Schedule Monday to Friday Application Question s This Job requires immediate joiners are you available to join immediately We are looking for candidates in Bengaluru location only Are you interested What is you current CTC and expected CTC Experience total work 8 years Required Work Location In person
