Job Summary The Purchase Executive will be responsible for assisting in the procurement and purchasing operations of the company This role requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail basic knowledge of purchasing processes and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment Key Responsibilities Assist in the procurement of materials goods and services required for ongoing projects Source vendors and suppliers for the necessary materials ensuring the best price quality and delivery timelines Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers and track the order status Maintain records of purchases pricing and delivery schedules Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods Communicate with internal teams regarding the status of orders and delivery timelines Handle vendor relationships and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and terms Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
