Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs Bill of Quantities for interior and exterior design and execution projects Analyze design drawings specifications and client requirements to determine material labor and time requirements Coordinate with design procurement and project execution teams to gather cost inputs Maintain and update rate databases for materials finishes and subcontractor services Optimize costing without compromising on quality or client expectations Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternatives in design and execution Provide estimation support during tender submissions proposals and client meetings Revise estimates as per design changes scope modifications or site conditions Ensure accurate and timely submission of estimates to the sales and project teams Prepare rate analysis and comparative costing when required Requirements Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design Architecture or related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in cost estimation for interior and or exterior projects Positive knowledge of materials finishes market rates and construction techniques Proficient in MS Excel AutoCAD and estimation software Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site measurements Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
