Role Overview The Finance Head will be responsible for overseeing financial operations ensuring compliance and providing strategic insights for decision-making The role requires hands-on expertise in audit MIS taxation reconciliation and financial reporting Key Responsibilities Audit Management Lead internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements MIS Reporting Prepare and analyze MIS reports including cash flow and fund flow statements Reconciliation Perform data reconciliation vendor reconciliation and bank reconciliation regularly Financial Statements Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheets profit loss statements and other reports Invoice Processing Bookkeeping Manage invoice processing maintain ledgers and ensure timely bookkeeping Tax Compliance Handle TDS return filing GST return filing and other statutory filings on time Budgeting Forecasting Support budgeting activities and monitor financial performance against targets Team Coordination Work closely with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives Required Skills Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in finance with audit background Solid understanding of accounting principles taxation laws and compliance requirements Proficiency in financial analysis MIS and ERP accounting software Excellent analytical organizational and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 600 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
