Job Summary KJS Concrete is looking for an experienced RMC Plant Manager to oversee end-to-end operations of the Ready-Mix Concrete RMC plant The role involves managing production manpower quality maintenance and coordination with sales and project teams to ensure productive and cost-effective plant operations Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the RMC plant including production planning and execution Ensure timely dispatch of concrete as per project schedules and quality standards Supervise plant operators pump operators drivers and maintenance staff Monitor raw material availability and coordinate procurement to avoid shortages Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and safety norms Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant and machinery Maintain production reports cost records and operational MIS Coordinate with sales site engineers and management for smooth project execution Ensure housekeeping discipline and statutory compliance at the plant Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing an RMC plant Strong knowledge of RMC plant operations batching processes and logistics Understanding of concrete mix designs quality control and testing procedures Ability to manage manpower and handle multiple operational challenges Good communication coordination and reporting skills Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma B Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred Experience in Ready Mix Concrete or construction industry is mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 42 000 00 per month Work Location In person
