About Us StylGROUP is a growing house of brands offering design and supply chain solutions to global fashion and lifestyle companies With three dynamic offices we are at an inflection point of scale and technology will be a key driver of that growth About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of cross-functional technology initiatives The ideal candidate must have strong experience with Agile Scrum methodologies be proficient in project management tools such as Asana Jira etc and also possess a basic understanding of hardware and infrastructure Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end management of IT and digital projects across multiple teams Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals deliverables and timelines Manage project documentation user stories sprint backlogs and status reports Track progress and adjust resources timelines and priorities as needed Work closely with IT support and systems teams on projects involving basic hardware components e g workstations servers networking equipment etc Ensure projects meet deadlines budgets and expected quality standards Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field PMP CSM or Agile certifications are a plus 2 years of experience in IT project management with a strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies Proficiency in tools like Jira Asana Trello Monday com or other PM platforms Ability to manage technical projects involving software development and hardware infrastructure setups Excellent organizational problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a solution-focused approach Why Join Us Be at the forefront of digital and IT transformation projects Work in a quick-paced and growth-focused environment Opportunities to develop leadership capabilities and cross-functional expertise Exposure to both software and hardware infrastructure domains Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location In person
