KITCO is a multi-disciplinary Engineering Management and Technical consulting firm that brings innovative solutions to the challenges faced by your business A solid planning and engineering department enables KITCO to offer consultancy service under one roof from concept to commissioning Key Responsibility Develop and review engineering designs drawings and specifications Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations Ensure designs comply with industry standards local regulations and environmental guidelines Oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Coordinate with contractors architects and other stakeholders Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff Allocate tasks and provide technical guidance Conduct regular progress meetings and report updates to senior management Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures Liaise with government agencies for necessary approvals Prepare project estimates and budgets Monitor expenses and optimize resources to control costs Approve materials and manage procurement processes Maintain accurate project records reports and documentation Prepare technical reports progress reports and presentations Communicate project updates to stakeholders Address and resolve technical issues that arise during construction Propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability Implement best practices in civil engineering Requirements Graduates Post Graduates in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant work experience Experience in handling PWD CPWD Airport projects is desirable PMP certification is desirable Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Application Deadline 27 07 2025
