HRBP you will closely collaborate with business units providing expert HR consultation to align people strategies with company goals You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture developing our future workforce and leading DEI initiatives to ensure an inclusive and engaged workplace Academic Qualification Experience - MBA or equivalent 6-10 years of expeirnce in HR Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation practices organizational diagnosis employee and union relations DEI performance management and applicable employment laws Technical Skills Knowledge -
