Job Title Horticulture Landscaping and Maintenance Supervisor Location Hyderabad Telangana Job Type Full Time About the Role We are seeking a skilled Horticulture Landscaping and Maintenance Supervisor with a BSc in Agriculture BSc Science at least 2 years of experience in supervising horticulture landscaping and landscape maintenance The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the landscaping and maintenance of the area ensuring that all landscaping features plantings and gardens are well-maintained and aesthetically appealing Key Responsibilities Supervise landscaping teams in the installation and maintenance of gardens lawns and outdoor spaces Oversee horticultural practices such as pruning planting irrigation fertilization and pest control Conduct regular inspections of landscaping sites to ensure plants are healthy and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard Prepare and manage maintenance schedules ensuring tasks like mowing trimming and weeding are performed regularly Prepare cost estimates invoices and bills for landscaping services rendered Advise clients on horticultural solutions plant care and landscape improvements Ensure proper handling and use of landscaping equipment and materials Implement sustainable practices in landscaping including water-efficient irrigation and eco-friendly pest management Train and mentor staff to improve their skills and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Agriculture BSc in Agriculture with a focus on Horticulture Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in landscaping horticulture and landscape maintenance Strong understanding of plant health horticultural practices and soil science Experience in project supervision team management and scheduling Ability to prepare accurate bills invoices and cost estimates for landscaping projects Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and water conservation methods Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
