Key Responsibilities Carry out installation operation and maintenance of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems Perform troubleshooting and repairs of motors control panels wiring switches MCC panels and distribution boards Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems for kilns grinding units briquette presses conveyors and other plant equipment Conduct preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment Monitor load distribution insulation resistance and power quality to ensure safe operations Perform routine inspections testing and calibration of electrical circuits and protective devices Maintain proper records of breakdowns repairs and spare parts used Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety standards and statutory compliance Support in installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment Coordinate with the maintenance and production team to minimize downtime Required Skills Qualifications ITI in Electrician Trade with 1-3 years of experience in an industrial plant preferably Lime or Cement industry Hands-on experience in handling single-phase and three-phase motors starters contactors relays and control panels Knowledge of power distribution earthing and electrical protection systems Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings Robust troubleshooting skills for electrical faults and failures Familiarity with VFDs soft starters and PLC wiring will be an added advantage Good knowledge of electrical safety practices and lockout-tagout procedures Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns Safety awareness and adherence to industry standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 250 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Work Location In person
