Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day maintenance of school buildings classrooms laboratories offices hostels and common areas Plan and supervise repair and maintenance works related to electrical plumbing carpentry painting civil works and HVAC systems Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as water supply power generators UPS and fire-safety equipment Maintain cleanliness hygiene and infrastructure standards across the campus Coordinate with external vendors contractors and service providers for maintenance and AMC works Maintain maintenance logs complaint registers service records and asset registers Conduct regular inspections of school premises to identify repair needs and safety hazards Ensure compliance with safety norms statutory requirements and emergency preparedness Supervise housekeeping security and maintenance staff and assign daily duties Monitor inventory of maintenance tools materials and spare parts Support school events examinations and inspections by ensuring facilities readiness Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues Required Qualifications Skills Diploma ITI relevant technical qualification preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building or facility maintenance school institution experience preferred Basic knowledge of electrical plumbing and civil maintenance Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with vendors Positive problem-solving and organizational skills Knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures Basic computer skills for record-keeping MS Word Excel Job Type Permanent Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
