Job Summary As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing screening and presenting top-quality candidates to meet client requirements You will work closely with hiring managers recruitment leads and candidates to ensure timely closures and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding Understand job descriptions and client requirements across various industries and roles Source candidates through job portals Naukri Monster Indeed etc social media LinkedIn references and internal databases Conduct initial screenings via phone video to assess candidates qualifications and job fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up until closure Maintain candidate trackers recruitment MIS and daily reporting to team leads managers Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Meet daily weekly profile submission and closure targets Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 1-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or staffing consultancy Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment platforms Good understanding of different industry verticals and job functions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment Familiarity with ATS systems Excel Sheets and reporting tools is a plus Job Types Full time Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 5 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language English Required Work Location In person
