responsibilities will include Managing the assessment of the project and its requirements Planning and execution of RCC Site work Preparing checklist and estimation of quantities ensuring qualities To check certify and approve bill raised by the contractor To work out ways and ideas that will save cost and time of the work To develop overall project plan and construction schedule To mobilize resources - manpower equipment materials in co-ordination with the project controller To monitor project progress adherence to contract specifications and quality standards To ensure proper systems implementation - sub-contract system information technology quality safety and environment To ensure and monitor statutory compliance To manage the client interface in terms of deliverables grievances issues etc Will be solely and fully responsible for correct certification of bills and quantities To ensure smooth project closure activities To demobilize project resources and equipment on completion Assessing the impact and feasibility of site due diligence preliminary layout and up to the final engineering design Studying and assessing the drawings plans specifications and other documents relating to the project Directing leading and supporting other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects Directing onsite construction teams Collaborating and interacting with construction teams architects and outside project developers and consultants Manage and resolve disputes in between consultants Vendors stake holders Managing the deliverables on time and within the budget Initiating and ensuring standard civil engineering discipline in drawings and plans Adhering to the best practices standards and procedures of the company Monthly report and review meeting with the Management Reporting to the Project Head Preparing Monthly Quarterly project work report for review with Directors Project Engineer qualifications and skills 1 Degree in Civil Engineering 2 7 years of experience in project implementation planning 3 Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Enterprise level computer platform experience required Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Management 2 years Preferred total work 5 years Required Work Location In person
