Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our Supply Chain Management SCM team The candidate will be responsible for managing data preparing analytical reports supporting decision-making through dashboards and ensuring smooth coordination between procurement logistics and planning teams Key Responsibilities Collect maintain and analyze SCM data procurement shipment tracking inventory and supplier performance Develop and manage MIS reports and dashboards for management review Monitor order status shipment timelines and stock movements Support demand forecasting material planning and supplier performance tracking Generate daily weekly and monthly reports for management Coordinate with the procurement warehouse and logistics teams for data accuracy Identify data inconsistencies and support process improvement through automation or reporting tools Maintain data confidentiality and ensure reports are submitted within timelines Required Skills Competencies Proficient in MS Excel Pivot Table VLOOKUP Power Query Dashboard creation Knowledge of ERP SAP Tally Supply Chain software preferred Positive analytical logical thinking and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle large data sets and prepare actionable insights Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Supply Chain Operations Business Administration Engineering 2 years of experience in MIS Reporting Supply Chain Operations Analytics Experience in a manufacturing trading or import export environment is preferred Employment Type Full-Time Why Join Us Exposure to international SCM operations Opportunity to work closely with Factory and improve data-driven decisions Growth-oriented and collaborative work culture Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Gurugram Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Do you have experience in Analyzing SCM data How would you rate yourself in Advance excel and Data Current Expected CTC Notice Period Do you experience in Manufacturing or trade industry
